Naked Nut Wins Pollinator Award
Naked is Good, Especially for Pollinators
The Naked Nut Growers of California’s farming company, Pacific Gold Agriculture, won Honorable Mention this year from the North American Pollinator Campaign. This organization recognized our farming practices that support efforts to “support pollinators in their working landscapes,” and named our orchards pollinator-friendly.
Pollinators include domesticated insects like bees, but also include native pollinators, like beetles and butterflies, as well as animals, like birds and bats. We are proud of our sustainable practices that promote soil health, pollinator health, and long-term viability of the environment.
